Corporate Fasting

During the month of August, VCOC is fasting on Monday (Aug 7), Tuesday (Aug 8), and Wednesday (Aug 9) from 6 AM until 4 PM. We are ONLY drinking liquids, no food whatsoever. In addition of fasting from food, we are spending 30 minutes in prayer both in the morning and in the evening.
